MSI Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Project (PMEP) is seeking a health behavior change communication specialists to participate in the mid-term performance evaluation of the Integrated Rural Program to Improve Nutrition and Hygiene in Mali. The program aims to improve the nutritional status of women, and children under two years of age through the implementation of integrated water, sanitation, hygiene and nutrition activities at the community level. This mid-term performance evaluation is intended to identify needed improvements in the current program as well as to inform the design of future nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) programming.
**Please note: Only Malian citizens are eligible for this position.
The behavior change communications specialist will support the evaluation by bringing a deep understanding of health communication strategies and tools, especially as they relate to behavioral change programming. The evaluation is expected to start in November, 2017. The specialist will be expected to travel to Bamako, Mali as well as other regions.
